At Flamingo Estate, we stand behind the integrity of our harvest and our products; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original condition. Please note that due to their nature, certain apothecary and perishable items are final sale to ensure the highest standards of safety and freshness.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they are protected during their journey back to the Orchard.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our estate, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
