Where are your products sourced and manufactured?
We take pride in sourcing ingredients directly from our lush California estate and a network of small, sustainable family farms that share our commitment to regenerative agriculture.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that high-demand seasonal harvests or limited-edition drops may require additional processing time.
What is your return policy for home and apothecary goods?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our small-batch apothecary products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.
Are your candles and fragrances made with natural ingredients?
Yes, all our candles are hand-poured using vegetable wax and 100% natural essential oils. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or phthalates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working diligently to expand our garden's reach to more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been harvested and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey from our estate to your doorstep.
